Cuddly Bear Templestowe’s policies and procedures enable our teams to provide high quality and expert care to all families at our centre and in our community.
As our care of your children is a collaboration with you, we encourage any feedback and review all policies and procedures regularly to ensure they are relevant and in accordance with regulations, and national standards / guidelines.
Our Policy and procedures span all 7 National Quality Areas and each is written with reference and consideration to the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard and Education and Care Services National Regulation.
We adhere to the National Guidelines for preventing infectious diseases in early education and care services to ensure the wellbeing of your children.
